The Wild Self

This workshop aims to reconnect a woman or a man to her or his wild self: the creative, intuitive, instinctive, deeply wise, joyful self.  Stories from “Women Who Run With the Wolves” by Clarissa Estes will be used as a jump-off point.

At the end of the workshop, it is hoped that the participants will have…

·      recognized what trade-offs they have made in their life and what they lost and gained in these trade-offs,

·      learned how they can reclaim what they lost,

·      identified their inner predator and learn how to manage it.
