The Art of Me

A Mandala is a sacred symbol, usually a circle that contains shapes, colors and other symbols. Drawing them unleashes your creativity and helps you to learn more about your inner self. This workshop was designed for kids

ages 10-15 who wish to express themselves through art and learn more about themselves at the same time. Aside from teaching the kids to draw their own personal mandalas, Caren will guide them on how to understand what they have created and show them how the mandalas can shed light on questions and issues they are currently facing. In this way, the mandala can also be used to heal themselves.
