Samten, formerly known as Peewee Sanches, flies in from Bali to introduce us to energy yoga that helps release toxic energy from your body.

Samten uses dynamic meditation, breathwork, mudras, mantras, and meridian line tapping to give you clearer energy flow in your body and physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
